    Playing the White courses was a very pleasant surprise and enjoyable experience. From the moment you drive up it has a nice quiet feel and the staff was extremely helpful, organized and courteous.

    On Friday we played the White Course which was in great condition. The greens are awesome and well maintained. The course really begins to become challenging with hole was #5 which is a very demanding par 4 with a tight landing area and dog leg left. It is probably the toughest hole on the course and should have been the #1 handicap. Hole # 6 is a good par 5 and can be reached in two shots with accurate precision. The other signature hole is #12 which is 244 yards from the back tees and uphill. Definitely a demanding par 3.

    Overall the course is very fair for the average golfer and most of the tee shots and landing areas are pretty wide open. One area of improvement is the lack of ball repairs on some of the green. That is unfortunate because the greens keeper has done an outstanding job and these greens are some of the best in the state. Overall an outstanding value at $35 and the secret will be out soon on this little gem.

    The Blue Course was also in great shape which we played two days later. Once again condition of the course was exceptional. It is important to get off to a good start and the first hole is a relatively easy par 5 measuring 476 yards from the white tees. The 3rd hole is also a good par hole and sets the stage for a good round. The course is much tighter that the white and requires good precision and leaving the big driver in the bag on several strategic holes.

    Hole #15 is a very long par 5 measuring over 600 yard from the blue. The signature hole is #18 and is a great closing hole. It is a sharp dog left and requires a carry of 275-280 over the water if you want to take the risk.

    Both courses were very well maintained and provided an enjoyable experience and great value. Will be back soon!
